One point of responsibility
In a conventional arrangement, the homeowner ends up as the general contractor of their own furnishings: chasing suppliers, comparing delivery windows, deciding who is at fault when something arrives damaged. Turnkey removes that job entirely.
Sourcing you cannot do yourself
A large part of the value sits in trade-only lines that are not sold at retail, and in the ability to have a piece made when nothing available is right. Both require relationships rather than a search engine.
Receiving before delivering
