People often ask what actually happens between the first conversation and the finished room. Here is the honest version.
We listen before we design
The first meeting is a complimentary consultation of around an hour, in our office or in your space. It is not a sales pitch. It is where we work out how you live, what is not working, and whether we are the right studio for the job.
Then we draw
Once the agreement is signed we take final measures and develop the scheme as drawings and renderings. You review it, we refine it, and nothing is ordered until you are genuinely happy.
Then we manage it
Ordering, tracking, receiving, inspecting and storing. This is the least glamorous part of the process and the part that determines whether the project feels calm or chaotic.
Then we install
One coordinated installation by our own warehouse team, down to the styling and taking the boxes away. And then, ideally, we photograph it.
